When a business is small, a leader can see what’s happening by being engaged. If the team can fit in an Uber, you just know what’s going on. You feel the energy in the room, overhear a problem before it's a crisis, without relying on dashboards, team meetings or the unpleasant surprise that something has gone sideways.

Unfortunately, that visibility shrinks as you grow. As the company grows, leaders can only really see what they’re focused on, which is often the most acute issue or crisis. The rest of the business, where future success or emerging risks live, becomes fuzzy and out of sight. This is why leaders of scaling businesses often learn to live with a quiet, permanent unease: the sense that you're never quite on top of your own business, and that you'll find out about the thing that mattered too late.

Historically, leaders have tried to cope with this diminishing visibility with dashboards, updates and meetings. So. Many. Meetings. Instead of a dashboard you have to remember to check or another tool bolted onto one corner of your stack, WorkSights AI is an intelligence layer that brings everything together in one AI powered platform.

There's nothing to install and nothing for your team to change. We read real activity through secure, read-only integrations, with no agents, no spyware, and no keystroke or screenshot tracking, and turn it into a clear, current picture a leader can actually act on.

Who We Are

WorkSights AI is built by a small, distributed team that runs our own business on the product we sell. We use it daily for the same reason our customers do: to know what's really going on without having to ask.

Our founder, Geoff McQueen, is a seasoned entrepreneur who previously built and scaled software companies serving professional services firms worldwide, the same kind of ambitious, knowledge-driven businesses WorkSights AI is built for today. He's lived both sides of the visibility problem: as the person doing the work, and as the leader trying to see it clearly across a growing team.

We're a group of engineers, designers, and operators who believe leaders deserve real clarity about their own business, without compromising the trust of the people building it with them.

We believe the success of every business - and the prosperity our society builds on them - depends on leadership. Our mission is to harness AI for the business, giving leaders visibility to make better decisions with more confidence.

• Leadership is the highest-leverage work in any business. The difference between a business that thrives and one that stalls is mostly how well it's led. Leadership is a craft, not a gift - practiced by whoever is in the seat, and technology should help the people entrusted to lead be more successful.
• The business needs its own AI layer. AI is accelerating individuals and automating workflows, but a business is the coordination between the individuals and the work. As the work speeds up, the seams between individuals and different workflows will be strained more than ever. We build the AI layer that helps hold the business together.
• Decisions stay human. Our job is to widen what a leader can see and shorten the time to seeing it. While leaders can harness AI to think through decisions, we believe judgment - and responsibility - are the domain of the human, and that improved visibility is critical to helping leaders make better decisions with more confidence.
