Table of contents
Marketing in HubSpot covers activities like campaigns, bulk email sends, events, lead scoring, and automated workflows. These tools generate a large amount of background processing and system-level data.
WorkSights does not ingest HubSpot Marketing objects or Marketing Events at this time.
What This Means
Marketing events (e.g., webinars, attendance tracking, event registration) do not appear in WorkSights.
Campaigns, list-based workflows, marketing emails, and other automation-driven activity do not sync.
The Marketing toggle in WorkSights's HubSpot Features list reflects a future roadmap item, not a live integration.
Why Marketing Is Not Yet Supported
Marketing data is extremely high-volume and often automated. Pulling it into the timeline today would create more noise than clarity. WorkSights focuses on signal-rich, user-driven activity: CRM changes, sales workflows, support tickets, and direct engagements (emails, calls, notes, meetings).
Roadmap (High-Level)
Support for Marketing activities is in progress and will be added once the HubSpot integration expands beyond CRM, Sales, Engagement, and Service data.
Data Notes
Marketing activity is not synced into WorkSights today.
Marketing Events from the HubSpot API are not processed by WorkSights.
List associations, event attendance, and participation data are not supported.
We will continue expanding our HubSpot integration to make WorkSights more useful, clear, and connected for your team.
