Basecamp To-Dos
To-dos in Basecamp represent task-level execution inside projects. WorkSights captures to-do activity so leaders can see where work is being created, progressed, and completed across the team.

What WorkSights Receives
WorkSights captures to-do list creation, individual to-do creation, updates, completions, and deletions. Activity titles show the full project hierarchy: Project > To-do List > To-do > Action.
To-do descriptions and assignment notes are never received. Only the title, hierarchy, timestamps, and action type are stored.
When the same user makes multiple changes to the same to-do within 10 minutes, WorkSights consolidates them into a single activity entry rather than creating a separate one for each change.
To-do activity is categorized as Task and appears only for mapped users, from the point of connection onwards.
Troubleshooting
To-do activity is not appearing
Confirm the affected user is mapped in the Users tab. Confirm the activity occurred after the connection was established, as no historical data is imported.
Activity stopped after reconnecting
The webhook URL is tied to the connection. Reconnect the integration from the integration page to re-register the webhook with the correct URL. Contact us at success@worksights.ai for any assistance.
Activity is delayed
This is expected. Activity is processed in batches roughly every 20 minutes.
