Connect, manage, and monitor your integrations in one place.

Overview

The Services List shows every external service WorkSights can connect to: from Google Workspace and Microsoft365 to GitHub, Slack, Zoom, and more.

These services supply the activity signals WorkSights uses to calculate scores, build dashboards, and generate daily insights. You can open the Services List directly from the Services tab in the main navigation.

From this screen, you can:

  • View every service WorkSights supports
  • See which services are already connected
  • Start new connections
  • Manage existing ones
  • Expand services that include features (sub-services like Gmail, Drive, Teams)

The Services List is the entry point for managing all integrations at the account level.

Layout at a Glance

Each row in the Services List represents a service WorkSights can connect to.

Service Name & Icon

Displays the name and logo of the service. Some services include an expand arrow (chevron) when the service contains built-in features (for example: Gmail, Drive, and Calendar under Google Workspace).

Service Description

A short explanation of the platform which helps quickly distinguish which tools are available for integration.

Connection Action

On the right side of the screen, you’ll see a button showing the available action for that service:

  • Connect {Service} — no connection has been created yet
  • Add Additional — a connection exists; you can add another
  • Refresh Connection — an option to trigger the sync for the service
Expendable Features (Sub-Services)

Some services — particularly Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 — include multiple sub-components (e.g., Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Teams, SharePoint).

WorkSights displays these as a collapsable list beneath the main service.

Features do not require separate authentication. They are controlled inside the main Service List.

Connecting a New Service

To connect a service:

1. Click the Connect button against the necessary service available in the list.

2. Complete the OAuth/authorization flow with the provider. Please note that only Admin and Executive users can perform this step.

3. WorkSights creates the connection and populates it in the Service View.

Large organizations often create multiple connections to the same service for redundancy. WorkSights prevents duplicate activity imports by merging data intelligently across connections.

After successfully authorizing the connection, you can return to WorkSights and view the newly connected service.

Managing Existing Connections

If a connection owner leaves the company, if an OAuth token expires, or if access permissions change, the service may need to be refreshed.

In these cases, an Admin user with access to the original service must reconnect it to update the access tokens.

You can refresh service connections from the service view screen in WorkSights for applicable services.

Summary

The Services List is your central catalog of all possible integrations available in WorkSights.

It lets you see every supported service, connect or reconnect integrations, understand which services contain sub-features, and launch into the detailed Service View for deeper management.

It’s the starting point for ensuring WorkSights has the data it needs to build accurate dashboards, insights, and daily summaries.
