Using the WorkSights Support Chat

If you have a question or run into something unexpected, the WorkSights support chat is the fastest way to get help without leaving the product.

To open it, click your avatar in the top right corner and select Help.

How It Works

Once open, you can browse frequently asked questions or type your question directly. Our AI assistant Lyro will guide you to the best answer, drawing from our help documentation.

If your question needs personal follow-up, your conversation will automatically reach the WorkSights Success Team and we will take it from there.

When the Team Follows Up

If a message needs more time or detail, we will continue the conversation over email. All replies come from success@worksights.ai — add this address to your contacts to make sure responses don't land in spam.
