Clicking the WorkSights logo takes you back to Insights, your default landing page when you log in.

Insights

The heart of WorkSights AI. This is where the platform surfaces what deserves your attention — findings from your Observers, scheduled reports, and your conversations with WorkSights AI, all in one unified feed.

Use the filter tabs to focus on Insights, Reports, or Chats. Search across everything by keyword. Start a new conversation at any time with the + New Chat button.

This is designed to be the first place you look when you start your day as a leader.

Activities

A dropdown giving you access to five views of how work is happening across your team. Use these when you want to go beyond AI-generated insights and look at the underlying activity data directly.

Dashboard — Team activity by day. See every user’s score and activity timeline in one view, filterable by date, category, and service.

Detail — A full breakdown of one person’s activity on a specific date, including individual events, durations, and an AI summary of the day.

Map — Where work took place on a selected day, plotted using location data from connected services. Particularly useful for distributed teams.

Stream — A live feed of activity events coming in from your connected services right now, shown alongside a real-time location map.

Scores — Team performance scores for a selected day, ranked and summarized. Includes an AI summary of overall performance and a breakdown of hours logged per person.

Reports

A dropdown with two date-range views you can pull yourself at any time.

Activity Report — Team activity hours across a date range, with a day-by-day chart and individual breakdowns for any date you select.

Score Report — Team performance scores across a date range, with individual scores and hours logged for any selected day.

These are self-serve views of your activity and score data. Your AI-generated reports and Observer insights are delivered automatically and surface inside Insights.

Team

Everyone in your organization in one place. Search by name or filter by manager, role, category, timezone, or access level.

This is where you manage who is in your WorkSights account, what role they have, and who they report to. Keeping your team list accurate is what allows WorkSights AI to generate relevant, well-targeted insights for the right people.

Settings

A dropdown with five configuration areas that control how WorkSights behaves for your organization and for you personally.

Insights — Configure your Observers, their schedules, and the skills they use to analyze your business. This is where you tune the intelligence layer to reflect your priorities.

Services — Review all integrations connected to WorkSights, check their status, and connect new ones. The richer your connected services, the stronger your performance intelligence becomes.

Notifications — Choose which notifications you receive and whether they arrive in-app, by email, or via Slack. Covers Observer alerts, daily reports, and account events.

Account — View and manage the organizations you belong to. If you are part of multiple accounts, this is where you switch between them.

Personal — Update your profile, timezone, categories, and AI Context. The AI Context field gives WorkSights additional context about your role and current priorities, making the insights it generates more relevant to you specifically.

Notification Bell

Shows in-app notifications from WorkSights AI. A red badge appears when there is something new. Observer alerts and report notifications surface here when you are already in the product.

Your avatar in the top right opens three options:

My Profile — Opens your personal settings page.

Help — Opens the WorkSights support chat directly in the product.

Sign Out — Signs you out of WorkSights.
