Attio Calls

Call recordings in Attio document the actual conversations that move accounts forward: discovery calls, onboarding sessions, renewal check-ins. When those recordings are linked to records, WorkSights captures them in the Meeting category alongside call and meeting activity from your other connected tools. The result is a unified view of when and how your team is having conversations with accounts across your entire stack, not just what was logged in Attio.

How Call Activity Appears

Call recording events appear in the Meeting category. Where a parent record can be resolved, it appears in the activity title:

  • Acme Corp > Call recording
  • Sarah Chen > Call recording

If the parent record cannot be resolved at ingestion time, the activity still appears in the Meeting category without a record breadcrumb.

What WorkSights Receives

Call recording events: WorkSights captures call recording events for calls linked to records in the connected Attio workspace. The parent record is resolved when available, and the activity is attributed to the workspace member who logged or triggered the recording.

What Is Not Captured

Email send and receive activity is not available from Attio at the webhook level and is not ingested by WorkSights. This is a confirmed limitation of Attio's webhook surface rather than a WorkSights configuration issue. If email visibility is important to your team, it is worth noting that Attio does not currently expose email events for third-party integrations.
