Attio CRM
If your team manages contacts and companies in Attio, the CRM feature is where most of that day-to-day account work lands in WorkSights. Every contact created, every company updated, every record that moves into or out of a saved list WorkSights captures as a timeline entry attributed to the person who did it. You stop asking who last touched an account and start seeing it.
How CRM Activity Appears
People and company record events appear in the Default (CRM) category. Each entry shows the record name and what happened:
- Sarah Chen > Created
- Acme Corp > Updated
- Acme Corp > Deleted
- Acme Corp > Merged
When a record moves into or out of a saved list, that appears as its own entry:
- Acme Corp > List entry added
- Acme Corp > List entry removed
The detail line shows the name of the attribute that changed where Attio can resolve it, for example "Updated Owner" or "Updated Industry."
What WorkSights Receives
People and company records: WorkSights captures created, updated, deleted, and merged events for all people and company records touched by mapped workspace members.
List-entry movements: Attio lists are saved segments: "Hot Leads," "At Risk," "Renewal This Quarter." When a record is added to or removed from one of those lists, WorkSights captures that as a distinct activity. For CS teams managing account health across named segments, these movements are some of the most useful signals in the timeline. A contact landing in "At Risk" or an account dropped from "Active Customers" is exactly the kind of context that disappears if you're only reviewing CRM state periodically.
