Attio Deals
Pipeline reviews happen once a week. Deal activity happens every day. The Deals feature surfaces that activity in WorkSights continuously: every new deal created, every stage change, every field update, so you can see how pipeline is actually moving without running a report or chasing your team for a status.
How Deal Activity Appears
Deal events appear in the Default (CRM) category. Activity titles follow the same format as other record types:
- Renewal — Acme Corp > Created
- Renewal — Acme Corp > Updated
- Renewal — Acme Corp > Deleted
Where Attio can resolve it, the detail line names the attribute that changed: "Updated Stage," "Updated Deal Value," "Updated Close Date." This is enough context to understand what moved on a deal without opening Attio.
What WorkSights Receives
Deal record events: WorkSights captures created, updated, deleted, and merged events for all deal records touched by mapped workspace members. Each event is attributed to the workspace member who made the change.
Stage progressions appear as updates on the deal record. Seeing a stage change sitting next to the note added before it and the call logged after it gives you the full picture of how a deal moved, not just that it moved.
