Pipedrive Integration Overview
Pipedrive is a newly launched integration, currently available by request. Contact us via in-app chat to have it enabled for your account.
Pipedrive is a CRM built around deals and pipeline stages. Connecting it brings deal activity, logged calls and tasks, and notes into the WorkSights timeline, so revenue leaders can see pipeline movement without waiting for a pipeline review.
For connection steps, see Pipedrive Setup.
What WorkSights Receives
Deals
Deal creation and stage changes appear on the timeline, with before-and-after detail when a deal moves stages.
Activities
Pipedrive's own logged activities — calls, meetings, and tasks — appear as completed, attributed to whoever logged them.
Notes
Notes added to a deal appear with the note text included, so the substance of the note is visible directly on the timeline.
Users
WorkSights imports your Pipedrive users and matches them to WorkSights users by email.
People, organization, project, and task activity is not yet captured — this is being built out. Historical backfill on first connect isn't available yet either: activity is captured from the point of connection forward.
How Pipedrive Activity Appears
Deal and activity entries appear with the deal or activity name and the action that happened. Stage changes on a deal show the previous and new stage.
Integration Page Overview
The Pipedrive integration page contains:
- Overview - Connection details and integration owner
- Users - Pipedrive users mapped to WorkSights users
- Connections - Connected Pipedrive companies
Data Notes
WorkSights connects to Pipedrive using OAuth 2.0. The integration is read-only. The connecting user must be a company-wide admin in Pipedrive — webhooks only see what the connecting user's own access covers, so an admin connection is required to see activity across the whole company rather than just one person's view.
Troubleshooting
No activity appears after connecting
Confirm the connecting user was a Pipedrive company-wide admin. Also confirm the activity happened after the connection was established — there's no backfill of history from before connecting yet.
People, organizations, projects, or tasks aren't appearing
This is expected for now. WorkSights currently captures deals, activities, and notes; broader object coverage is still being built.
